MN Made Peace Poles is the business venture of Melvin Giles a community organizer, tireless community activist and champion of peace.
Peace Poles were born in Japan in 1955 by Masahisa Goi and today are promoted by The World Peace Prayer Society.
Alongside development of more traditional versions Tikun Design has been at work crafting the Mary Commemorative Illuminated Solar Peace Pole.
A solar panel, integrated into the top of the pole, charges an LED light that illuminates the phrase, "May Peace Prevail on Earth" in multiple languages around it.
