Urban backyard projects give us an excuse to have more fun than usual. This conceptual design for a client was organized around a grid developed by the parameters of the site.
An organizational trope and formal tool for organizing space, providing structure and flexibility the grid sets up a procession from the parking apron to the back door. This series of thresholds can be utilized for screening, lighting, audio and more.
